We all know that how we think, is one of the main drivers for how we live our life. It affects our actions, our happiness, our relationships, our health and our career. And we all know that we can control how we think and act by how we rationalise our beliefs. We can choose to be understanding or flippant, direct or tactful, humble or arrogant. All it takes is a decision to do so, and then regular reminders. Yet sometimes, we can forget to pursue positive thought and understanding. This book is a timely reminder of this. It is short and concise, and is worth revisiting any time you feel you need a way of reminding yourself how to think positively.
